Your rights under federal law
Before you sign, you'll receive the written "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" disclosure required by federal law as a separate document, and your contract will include a Notice of Cancellation form.
Our services
- Services begin only after you sign a written contract that describes the services, total cost, and estimated timeline.
- We do not charge or collect any fee before the services we agreed to perform are fully completed, as required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
- You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing, or longer where your state's law provides.
No guarantee of results
We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or removal of any item. Results depend on the accuracy of the information being reported and on responses from credit bureaus and creditors. Any client testimonials shown on this site will reflect real, individual experiences, are not typical, and are not a guarantee of results.
Score impact calculator
The calculator provides educational estimates based on general credit scoring factors. It is not a credit score, is not provided by any credit bureau or scoring company, and should not be relied on for lending or financial decisions.

Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. CreditHero Score memberships are purchased from and billed by CreditHero Score, not Raven Credit Solutions.
Intellectual property
The site's content, logo, and design are owned by Raven Credit Solutions LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Credit Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
